HOW DOES PRIME BNB HOSTING PRIVATE RENTAL MODEL WORK?

Essentially, we rent a property, furnish, primp and pamper it then list on Airbnb for bookings . We manage a very successful Airbnb portfolio through properties we either own, rent or co-host. When renting, the property is managed just like a normal private rental, with weekly rent paid, regular inspections & a tenancy agreement signed by both parties.


HOW CAN PRIME BNB HOSTING RENT A PROPERTY AND THEN LIST IT ON AIRBNB - IS THAT ALLOWED?

If the owner and strata/ body corporation (if applicable) has agreed, the property can be listen on Airbnb for bookings. The agreement is noted in the special terms of the tenancy agreement.


WHAT HAPPENS IF A GUEST DAMAGES THE PROPERTY?

As mentioned earlier, we have strict rules around parties, and vet all bookings before accepting them. It is in our best interest to have the property in tip top shape all the time, but of course accidents happen. Any damage that occurs is remedied by us at our cost, and quickly – we want to get the show back on the road! The Airbnb Host Guarantee also protects hosts up to $1,000,000 should accidents happen.


WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

You will need to speak with your insurance company to see if they can include Airbnb bookings in your landlords insurance. We will also have appropriate insurance cover.

All types, apartments and houses, granny flats, spare rooms - even house boats and caravans. Most of our properties are located in tourist areas around Australia, popular wedding locations, corporate hubs and anything close to the CBD.


WHY WOULD I RENT TO YOU RATHER THAN A TENANT?

All our listings are cleaned by professional cleaners after each booking, meaning it will be spick and span before the next booking arrives – much like a motel room, but this is the whole house! We need the property in working order and keep on top of all maintenance requirements. We’re not going to call you to call a plumber to change a washer on a dripping tap! Or call a maintenance man in to clean the gutters! No more paying management fees - No worrying about vacancies or tenants moving out unexpectedly and leaving their “stuff” behind. We’re among the best tenants you could find, and I think you’ll love working with us. It really is a Set and Forget formula for you! In addition we like to offer property owners four nights accommodation a year at a HEAVILY discounted rate – in their own property or any of our others (at our discretion)
